The Proactive Health Guide provides information about a wide range of health issues and proactive practices with the aim of increasing people’s knowledge about how to improve their health and quality-of-life.
By its nature it needs to be generalised, and not all information in the Guide will be appropriate for everyone. It is not a substitute for getting personalised advice from an appropriately qualified health professional, preferably one who knows your medical history.
